Job summary

Avolta AG is hiring for a Manager II position at our San Jose location to help run QSR or Casual Dine operations. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and operated to high standards, following company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, managing scheduling, enforcing safety and beverage policies, and coordinating with management on hiring decisions and unit orders.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 4 years food & beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Requires minimum 2 years supervisory or lead experience in Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, comprehend instructions and policy documents, and converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Opens, runs, and closes procedures per company policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within the unit.
• Ensures compliance with beverage policies and AB procedures.
• Participates in hiring input and shifts scheduling; assigns tasks.
