HMSHost Tampa is seeking a Manager I to support branch management and oversee QSR-style restaurant operations at the Tampa Airport location. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and runs to high standards, following prescribed policies and procedures.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will supervise associates, assist in hiring and scheduling, place orders, and monitor cash handling, wellness and safety procedures.

Qualificações

• Requires a minimum of 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, and converse with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Open, daily and closing procedures per company policies.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates within a unit.
• Participate in hiring decisions, scheduling, and performance decisions with the GM.
• Place orders, receive goods, and process invoices.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and visually appealing display areas; ensure equipment works.
