HMSHost is seeking a Manager II to assist branch management in executing complex QSR or casual dine operations. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, staffed, and operating to high standards under prescribed policies.

You will supervise daily activities, enforce health and safety policies, participate in hiring decisions, and manage schedules to cover all shifts. The role requires strong leadership and customer service excellence at an airport location.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 4 years in food & beverage, cash handling and customer service.
• Requires minimum 2 years supervisory or lead experience in Casual Dine or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions and policies; converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Opens, runs, and closes the restaurant per policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within the unit.
• Enforces health, safety and AB policies; trains staff on procedures.
• Participates in interviewing, hiring, and promotions decisions with GM.
• Prepares schedules and ensures shifts are covered.
