HMSHost seeks a Manager I to assist Branch management in running QSR-style restaurant operations at Dallas facilities. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, staffed and compliant with policies, while overseeing daily tasks and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, scheduling, supervision of associates, hiring input, and overseeing cash handling and safety practices in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in food and beverage, cash handling and customer service.
• At least 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or kitchen.
• Ability to read, write and converse with customers and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures per policies.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates across units.
• Assist in hiring decisions and schedule management.
• Place orders, receive goods and process invoices.
• Ensure cleanliness, stock, safety and proper cash handling.
