Job summary

HMSHost is hiring a Manager I at the Savannah Airport F&B location to support branch management in executing QSR-style restaurant operations. The role ensures the unit is clean, staffed, and operating to high standards, using established policies to guide decisions.

The MGRI will supervise daily activities, assist in hiring, and help maintain service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across shifts and units.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, comprehend instructions, and converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Opens, runs, and closes restaurant per policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within unit.
• Participates in hiring and input on promotions/terminations to GM.
• Assigns tasks, prepares schedules, ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures mandated breaks and meals; keeps areas clean and stocked.
• Monitors equipment, handles cash with HMSHost policies, secures cash.
• Monitors health and safety, reports concerns to GM.
