PrimeFlight is seeking a Customer Service Agent to welcome and assist passengers at the airport, guiding them through check-in and boarding while adhering to airline, security, and safety procedures. You will collaborate with multiple airport departments to ensure a seamless passenger experience and uphold high customer service standards.

The role requires strong English skills, a background check, and the ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• 18 years of age or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the country of employment.
• English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to use electronic devices (IPads/Tablets, computers, mobile devices).
• Pass a background check and drug screen; eligibility for required credentials (FAA, RAIC, TSA, etc.).
• Flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding and inquiries.
• Provide accurate flight and airport service information.
• Handle check-in and baggage processing professionally.
• Assist passengers with self-service kiosks and online check-in.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Make announcements and inform passengers about flight changes and times.
• Coordinate with ground staff and crew for a smooth passenger experience.
• Process ticket sales, upgrades and re-bookings as needed.
