Job summary

Unifi is hiring for a passenger services role at the airport. You will assist passengers with arrival and check-in, ticketing, boarding, baggage handling, and answering inquiries.

No experience is required and paid training is provided to all new employees. Benefits include weekly pay for hourly employees, full-time hours, paid time off, comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and exclusive discounts and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required per airport/state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome during arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding, baggage, reservations and related complaints.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery.
