As a Customer Service Agent, you will assist passengers with arrivals, check-in, ticketing, and baggage questions while upholding safety and courtesy. Full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities for advancement are included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome, through arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system, including boarding and baggage service.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all areas of the airport.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner following company safety standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents and potential hazards.
