Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain credentials as per airport/state requirements.
• Proactive, friendly communication with passengers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and inquiries.
• Operate a computerized system for ticketing and check-in and resolve related issues.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as needed.
• Maintain a visible, helpful presence in all customer interactions and inform passengers about itineraries and luggage.
