Job summary

Fast Park & Relax in Brook Park, OH is seeking a Parking Guest Ambassador for the overnight shift from 12am to 8am, Saturdays through Mondays. This role focuses on guiding traffic, enforcing policies, and delivering exceptional guest service in an outdoor parking setting.

• Direct incoming and outgoing traffic to available parking spaces with clear signals and verbal guidance.
• Monitor parking areas to maximize space use and prevent congestion.
• Enforce parking policies including time limits and restricted zones.
• Assist guests with questions about parking availability, directions, and procedures.
• Resolve parking-related issues such as lost tickets or vehicle lockouts.
• Operate and troubleshoot parking equipment (gates, ticket dispensers, payment systems).
• Track parking activity and report occupancy, revenue, and incidents.
