Job summary

Park Place Parking / Fast Park & Relax is seeking a dependable Parking Guest Ambassador to manage parking operations, direct traffic, and assist guests throughout their parking experience. You will help maximize capacity, enforce rules, and ensure a safe, clean environment while supporting a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in dispatching or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work overnight and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in dispatching, customer service or a related field.
• Experience handling high-volume phone calls and radio communications.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming and outgoing vehicles to available spaces using clear signals and instructions.
• Monitor parking lots to optimize space usage and prevent congestion.
• Enforce parking rules, time limits, and prohibited areas.
• Assist guests with parking-related issues (lost tickets, lockouts, etc.).
• Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and incidents.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and ensure facility security.
