Job summary

Fast Park & Relax is seeking a dependable Parking Guest Ambassador to help manage parking operations and assist guests throughout their experience at our Linthicum location. You will direct traffic, monitor spaces, and enforce regulations while maintaining safety and a positive guest environment.

The ideal candidate is customer‑service oriented, reliable, and comfortable working overnight/weekend shifts. Must be able to communicate clearly, handle multiple tasks, and operate essential parking

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of dispatching, customer service, or related experience.
• Experience handling high-volume phone calls and radio communications.
• Ability to read maps and give directions; basic math and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming/outgoing vehicles to spaces with clear hand signals and verbal instructions.
• Monitor lots to ensure space efficiency and prevent congestion.
• Enforce parking rules, limits, and prohibited areas.
• Assist guests with parking questions and issues (lost tickets, lockouts).
• Communicate with team to ensure smooth operations and safety.

Parking Guest Ambassador – Fast Park & RelaxLOCATION: 786 Elkridge Landing Road, Linthicum Heights, MD 21090$17.00/hour to startShifts:4pm - 12am Sunday - TuesdayAbout the RoleFast Park & Relax is seeking a dependable, customer‑focused Parking Guest Ambassador to help manage parking operations and support guests throughout their parking experience.
