Job summary

Fast Park & Relax is seeking a Parking Guest Ambassador for the overnight shift at 18899 Snow Road, Brook Park, OH. You will direct traffic, assist guests, and enforce parking policies to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Role is part-time and outdoors with a focus on guest service. Prior parking or customer service experience is preferred; must pass background check and drug screening and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in dispatching, customer service or related field preferred.
• Ability to read maps and directions; basic math and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic to parking spaces with clear signals.

Job Purpose

At Fast Park & Relax, the Parking Guest Ambassador plays a vital role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and welcoming arrival experience for our guests. This position is responsible for managing parking operations within a designated area, ensuring safe traffic flow, maximizing parking capacity, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct incoming and outgoing traffic to available parking spaces using clear hand signals and verbal communication
• Monitor parking areas to ensure efficient space utilization and prevent congestion
• Enforce parking policies, including time limits and restricted zones
• Assist guests with questions regarding parking availability, directions, and procedures
• Resolve parking-related issues such as lost tickets or vehicle lockouts
• Communicate regularly with team members to maintain efficient operations
• Operate parking equipment including gates, ticket dispensers, and payment systems
• Track and report parking activity, including occupancy, revenue, and incidents
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parking facility
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Work Environment

This role is primarily outdoors in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Required Education

• - High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Experience

• - Minimum of one year of experience in dispatching, customer service or a related field.
• - Experience handling high-volume phone calls and radio communications.
• - Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
