Job summary

Fast Park & Relax is hiring a Parking Guest Ambassador in Memphis to help manage parking operations and assist guests throughout their parking experience. You direct traffic, monitor spaces, enforce rules, and ensure a safe, clean environment while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires at least 1 year in dispatching or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work overnight from 12am to 8am. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year of dispatching, customer service, or related field.
• Experience handling high-volume phone calls and radio communications.
• Must be able to work 12am-8am.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles to spaces using clear signals and directions.
• Monitor lots to maximize space usage and prevent congestion.
• Enforce time limits and parking rules.
• Assist guests with questions about availability, directions, and regulations.
• Help guests with lost tickets or lockouts and related issues.
• Operate gates, ticket dispensers, and payment systems and prepare occupancy/revenue reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and teamwork.
