Park Place Parking & Fast Park and Relax is seeking a part-time Parking Guest Ambassador in Brook Park, OH. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming arrival experience, directing traffic, and assisting guests with parking availability and directions.

You will operate gates and ticket systems, monitor spaces, and maintain a safe, clean parking facility while handling customer inquiries and issues. Flexibility for weekend shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in dispatching or customer service.
• Experience handling high-volume calls and radio communications.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and stand for long periods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming and outgoing traffic to available parking spaces using clear hand signals and verbal communication.
• Monitor parking areas to ensure efficient space utilization and prevent congestion.
• Enforce parking policies, including time limits and restricted zones.
• Assist guests with questions regarding parking availability, directions, and procedures.
• Resolve parking-related issues such as lost tickets or vehicle lockouts.
• Communicate regularly with team members to maintain efficient operations.
• Operate parking equipment including gates, ticket dispensers, and payment systems.
• Track and report parking activity, including occupancy, revenue, and incidents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parking facility.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Purpose

At Fast Park & Relax, the Parking Guest Ambassador plays a vital role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and welcoming arrival experience for our guests. This position is responsible for managing parking operations within a designated area, ensuring safe traffic flow, maximizing parking capacity, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

QualificationsRequired Education:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of one year of experience in dispatching, customer service or a related field.
• Experience handling high-volume phone calls and radio communications.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professionalism with diverse individuals.
• Ability to effectively handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts calmly and efficiently.
