Fast Park & Relax is hiring a Parking Guest Ambassador to manage parking operations and assist guests at 786 Elkridge Landing Road, Linthicum Heights, MD. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and clear traffic flow during overnight shifts.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with eligibility for $17.50 after a 30‑day review. This position requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors on your feet throughout quiet and busy periods.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in dispatching, customer service or related field.
• Experience handling high-volume phone calls and radio communications.

Responsabilidades

• Direct incoming and outgoing vehicles to available parking spaces using signals and verbal instructions.
• Monitor parking lots to optimize space usage and prevent congestion.
• Enforce parking rules, including time limits and prohibited areas.
• Respond to customer questions about availability, directions, and regulations.
• Assist guests with parking issues (lost tickets, lockouts, etc.).
• Communicate with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Operate gates, ticket dispensers, and payment systems.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and incidents.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and facility security.
