National Car Rental is hiring a Customer Experience Representative at the MSP airport location in Saint Paul, MN. The role focuses on friendly, efficient service, guiding customers through rental terms, vehicle options, and upgrades to ensure a smooth experience.

You will handle reservations, provide informational support, and contribute to a positive customer journey while maintaining professional standards and attendance expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years (DUI/DWI).

Responsabilités

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features.
• Use company-approved sales techniques to identify needs and offer protection products, upgrades, or options.
• Assist customers with directions, maps, and local information.
• Answer calls for reservations, quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolution for customers and other branches.
