Job summary

Enterprise Mobility at Louisville International Airport is hiring a Customer Experience Representative to greet customers, explain rental terms, and guide them through the process with friendly, efficient service.

You will assist with reservations, upsell options, and deliver knowledgeable information about local area services while maintaining high attendance and punctuality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violation or at-fault accident in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and services.
• Use approved sales techniques to identify needs and offer protection products, upgrades, and other options.
• Assist customers with directions and local information.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolutions.
• Place calls for callbacks and follow-ups as assigned.
• Notify management of vehicle or customer issues and maintenance needs.
• Pursue training and development opportunities to improve performance.
