National Car Rental in Indianapolis is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to warmly greet customers, explain rental terms, and help customers choose options that enhance their experience at the Indianapolis Airport. This role emphasizes friendly, efficient service and accurate documentation to ensure a smooth rental and return process.

The position requires strong customer service and reliable attendance, plus a valid driver's license.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 2 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).

Responsabilidades

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and vehicle features.
• Offer additional protection products, upgrades, and options to meet customer needs.
• Assist customers with directions, maps, and local information.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries via phone and in person.
• Ensure vehicle return inspections and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and a proactive approach to job performance.
