Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking dedicated individuals to join our airport services team in Dallas. No prior experience required; paid training provided. The role centers on passenger support during arrivals, check-in, ticketing, boarding, and baggage handling.

Responsibilities include guiding passengers through security and customs, assisting those with special needs, and ensuring safe, efficient service. Full-time roles with benefits and flight privileges after eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, welcoming customer service to passengers during arrivals, check-in, reservations, and baggage handling.
• Operate ticketing and check-in systems, handle boarding and related inquiries and complaints.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as needed.
• Assist passengers with mobility needs and VIP/unaccompanied minors requirements.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards per company policies.
