Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly welcome and assist with arrivals and check-in, including for passengers with special needs.
• Handle ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage service, reservations, and related issues.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Support ramp staff with wheelchairs, strollers and gate-checked bags.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and report hazards as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned in line with role capabilities.
