Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking friendly individuals to join our passenger service team at the Dallas airport. You will handle arrivals, check-in, ticketing, and related inquiries with a focus on safety and customer care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state/customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome during arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding, baggage service, and reservations.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as required.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and arrival.
