Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking individuals to join our team as airport passenger service representatives. You will assist passengers with arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage, reservations and queries, delivering friendly service and resolving issues throughout the airport environment.

No experience is required. Paid training is provided for all new employees. Join our team and see where the flight benefits can take you.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required per airport/state/customs.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome through arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system including boarding, baggage service, reservations and resolving related complaints.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all areas of the airport.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within appropriate skills and capabilities.
• Complete work safely and securely, following Unifi safety standards; report safety incidents and hazards.
