Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking individuals to join our team who are passionate, with integrity and empathy, to provide outstanding customer service for airline passengers. Paid training is provided for all new employees, with flight benefits after 30 days for employees and eligible family members.

The role covers arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding support, baggage services, and handling queries and complaints.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport or state or customs requirements.
• At least two years of customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist passengers with friendly welcome during arrival and check-in.
• Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding, baggage, reservations, and resolving related issues.
• Guide passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Maintain a visible presence in customer-facing situations and inform passengers about itineraries and luggage.
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies and complete duties safely and securely.
