The role focuses on delivering customer service to passengers across arrivals, ticketing, check-in, and boarding, with opportunities for flight privileges after 30 days and comprehensive benefits. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state/customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers and wheelchair assistance.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding, baggage, reservations and related complaints.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp staff to load/unload wheelchairs, strollers and gate-checked bags for departures/arrivals.
• Push wheelchairs through all airport areas and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Perform duties in a safe and secure manner according to company policies.
• Report safety and security incidents and hazards promptly.
