Enterprise Mobility, operating Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo brands, has an opening for a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) at Dayton International Airport in Vandalia, OH. You will greet customers, explain rental terms, suggest add-ons, and support the rental process to ensure a smooth experience.

The role offers benefits and requires strong customer service skills, valid driver's license, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other services.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local area information.
• Answer reservations, rate quotes, and general questions by phone or in person.
• Assist with vehicle return inspections and maintenance notifications.
