Job summary

Southwest Airlines is hiring a part-time Customer Service Agent at the Reno/Tahoe International Airport to greet Customers at the ticket counter, gate area and baggage service office and help ensure smooth travel. The role requires friendly service, teamwork and a positive attitude.

You will check in passengers, answer questions, handle ticketing and payments, assist with delays or disruptions, and complete related reports.

Qualifications

• No education requirement
• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
• No experience requirement
• Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service at ticket counter, gate area and baggage service office
• Check in passengers and answer questions; handle tickets and payments
• Assist travelers during delays or disruptions with care and guidance
• Maintain accuracy in fares, schedules and passenger information
• Complete forms and reports as required by the Company
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth airport operations
