Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must obtain SIDA badge and pass pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license and ability to read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on space, and assign seats.
• Provide accurate arrival/departure information and boarding procedures.
• Handle denied boarding and arrange hotels, meals, and taxi vouchers when needed.
• Ensure FAA/airline/airport compliance at all times.
• Assist customers with special needs and perform ramp tasks as required.
• Load/unload baggage, marshal aircraft, and assist with pushback.
• Communicate with team via two-way radio and complete required training.
