Responsibilities

• Provides friendly service to customers at the ticket counter, gate area, and baggage service offices.
• Answers questions, checks in customers, and assists with travel plans and disruptions.
• Operates a computerized point-of-sale system and handles ticketing, boarding, and baggage issues.
• Balances daily transactions and handles payments and refunds as required.
• Lends a helping hand to customers during delays or cancellations and maintains a calm, courteous demeanor.
