Job summary

Southwest Airlines in Albuquerque is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent to greet Customers and assist at the ticket counter, gate, and baggage service office.

You’ll help check in, answer questions and ensure smooth travel, as part of a fast-paced team. Training lasts 4–6 weeks; schedules follow seniority bidding; overtime may be required and you’ll be part of a Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the United States.
• No education or experience required.
• Must be able to complete training and work in shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to Customers at the ticket counter, gate and baggage offices.
• Assist with check-in, ticketing and boarding using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit cards and travel vouchers and balance daily transactions.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve problems and support Customers during delays or disruptions.
