Job summary

Bags, a Metropolis company, seeks a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent at a busy Arlington airport curbside location. You will assist guests with luggage, issue boarding passes, and provide flight information while delivering first-class service.

The role requires outdoor work, weekend/holiday availability, and the ability to lift and move luggage. Training and compliance procedures are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• At least 6 months of face-to-face guest service experience preferred.
• Data entry and computer experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the desk.
• Check-in luggage and issue boarding passes.
• Verify flight itinerary and number of bags.
• Input guest information for new enrollees.
• Process check-in and collect bag fees as per airline rules.
• Weigh bags and charge for overweight.
• Tag luggage with destination tags.
• Provide boarding passes and receipts to guests.
• Secure luggage after processing.
• Handle payments and answer guest questions.
