SP+ is hiring a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent at our Arlington, VA location. You’ll handle luggage, issue boarding passes, and assist guests with curbside check-in while delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced airport environment.

The role requires early shifts, outdoor work, and the ability to pass airline compliance training; weekend availability is needed and prior guest service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions.
• Must complete airline compliance training within company timeframe.
• Shifts start very early in the morning; 1st and 2nd shifts only.
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Handle luggage and issue boarding passes.
• Provide general information to passengers at the curbside desk.
• Maintain luggage security and proper tagging.
• Assist guests with curbside check-in and payments.
