Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Data entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Check in passengers at curbside, issue boarding passes, and tag bags.
• Handle luggage according to TSA standards and process payments for bags.
• Provide information to passengers and assist with directions and flight information.
• Maintain customer service standards in a fast-paced, outdoor work environment.
• Greet guests warmly and manage payments and bag handling with care.
