Job summary

Bags, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent to assist guests at a busy airport curbside location. You will handle luggage, issue boarding passes, and provide directions and flight information with a focus on customer service.

Shifts start early, outdoor work, and compliance training are required. Prior guest service experience is preferred and you must be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 6 months of face-to-face guest service experience preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients
• Data entry and computer experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the curbside desk
• Check in luggage and issue boarding passes
• Process luggage weights and overweight charges
• Tag luggage with destination tags and provide boarding passes
• Manage payments and assist guests with questions
• Stand for long periods and work outdoors in varied weather
• Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor and stock the desk
