Job summary

Bags, a SP+ Company, is seeking a Curbside Concierge – Airline Check-in Agent at an airport curbside location. You will assist guests with luggage check-in, issue boarding passes, and provide directions and information in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Shifts start early, and weekend availability is required. Prior guest‑service experience and ability to work outside in varying weather are preferred; airline compliance training will be provided.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position.
• Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.
• Data entry and computer experience preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Familiarity with TSA standards and airline safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with curbside check-in of luggage.
• Verify flight itinerary and bag count.
• Process check-in and collect payments for bags.
• Weigh luggage and charge for overweight bags.
• Tag luggage and provide boarding passes and receipts.
• Maintain the concierge desk and provide information to passengers.
• Handle payments and answer guest questions.
• Follow TSA and safety procedures.
