Job summary

SP+ Corporation is hiring a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent at a busy airport curbside location in the US. You will assist guests with luggage, issue boarding passes, and provide information while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires early morning shifts, the ability to work outdoors, and background checks. Eligible candidates must pass drug testing and background screening and be able to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in the early morning rotation.
• At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Data Entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions required.
• Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass the pre-employment criminal background screening.
• Must pass pre-employment Drug Testing process.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the desk.
• Assist guests with luggage check-in and boarding passes.
• Input guest information for new enrollments.
• Process check-in and manage bag weights and overweight charges.
• Tag luggage with destination tags.
• Provide boarding passes and receipts to guests.
• Maintain a clean and stocked Concierge desk.
• Handle payments and answer guest questions.
• Work at a busy airport curbside location.
