Job summary

Bags, a Metropolis company, seeks a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent at a busy airport curbside desk. You will assist guests with luggage, issue boarding passes, and provide flight information in a fast-paced environment.

Positions require weekend/holiday availability, outdoors work, and strong customer service. Training is provided; background checks and security training are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in the early morning rotation.
• At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Data Entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the desk.
• Assist with luggage check-in and verify flight itineraries.
• Input guest information for new enrollees.
• Process luggage check-in and collect payments as required.
• Weigh and tag luggage and provide boarding passes and receipts.
• Secure luggage after processing and maintain desk organization.
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions.
