Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent at a busy airport curbside in Santa Ana. The role requires early shifts, weekend/holiday coverage, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

You will check in passengers, handle luggage, and provide boarding passes with a strong emphasis on customer service. Requirements include 6+ months in guest service, data entry ability, and familiarity with airline travel operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Data Entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in at the curbside desk.
• Assist guests with luggage check-in and verify flight itineraries and bag counts.
• Process check-in, collect payments for bags, and print boarding passes.
• Weigh and tag luggage, issue boarding passes, and provide directions and flight info.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
