Job summary

SP+ (a Metropolis Company) is hiring a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent to help guests at a busy airport curbside location in Milwaukee. You will check bags, issue boarding passes, process payments, and provide passenger information with a focus on friendly, efficient service.

Hourly pay starts at $17.00 with tips potential. The role requires standing for long periods, weather exposure, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in the early morning rotation.
• 6+ months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Data entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions required.
• Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Background and drug screening per requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in of luggage.
• Assist guests with check-in and verify flight itinerary and number of bags.
• Input guest information for new enrollees.
• Process check-in and collect payments for bags as required by airlines.
• Weigh bags and charge for overweight items.
• Tag luggage and issue boarding passes and receipts.
• Secure luggage after processing and maintain desk organization.
• Provide information and assist guests with directions and flight details.
