Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent in Milwaukee. You will check-in luggage, issue boarding passes, and provide flight information at a fast-paced curbside desk while delivering superior guest service.

The role demands handling payments, tagging bags, weighing luggage, and offering friendly assistance in outdoor conditions. Eligible employees gain access to medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in the early morning rotation.
• At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Data Entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions required.
• Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass the pre-employment criminal background screening.
• Must pass pre-employment Drug Testing process.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests warmly as they approach the desk and assist with check-in of luggage.
• Verify flight itinerary and number of bags; process credit card payments for bags.
• Input guest information and weigh luggage to ensure correct weights.
• Tag luggage and provide boarding passes, luggage claim tickets, and receipts.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, professional manner and assist guests with questions.
