Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Curbside Concierge Check-in Agent at the airport. You will assist guests with luggage check‑in, issue boarding passes, and securely manage bags while maintaining a friendly, professional desk presence.

You must have strong guest service experience, clear communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. Eligible to work in the United States and pass background/drug checks.

Qualifications

• 6 months of face‑to‑face guest service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Data entry experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass pre‑employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they approach the desk.
• Assist with luggage check‑in and verify flight itineraries.
• Input guest information for first time enrollees.
• Process check‑in and collect fees for bags per airline rules.
• Weigh and charge for overweight bags; tag luggage with destinations.
• Provide boarding passes, luggage claim tickets, and receipts.
