Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent at a busy airport curbside location. You will check in passengers, tag luggage, and issue boarding passes while providing flight information and directions to guests.

This role requires outdoor work and weekend/holiday availability with early shifts. Applicants should have at least 6 months of face-to-face guest service experience, be able to lift heavy luggage, and handle payments.

Qualifications

• Early morning shift availability required.
• At least 6 months of face-to-face guest service experience preferred.
• Data entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions required.
• Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment criminal background screening.
• Must pass pre-employment drug testing process.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and check-in luggage.
• Assist with luggage check-in and flight verification.
• Input guest information for new enrollments.
• Process check-in and collect bag fees.
• Weigh bags and charge for overweight.
• Tag luggage and provide boarding passes and receipts.
• Maintain desk organization and provide information.
• Manage payments and answer questions.
• Uphold safety guidelines and professional conduct.
