Job summary

SP+ is hiring at a Denver airport site for a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent. You will greet guests, check in luggage, issue boarding passes, and provide directions and flight information while maintaining a high level of service in a busy setting.

Roles require early morning shifts, outdoor work, and compliance with TSA and company training. Prior experience in guest service is preferred and pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of face-to-face guest service experience.
• Data entry and basic computer experience preferred.
• Ability to clearly communicate with guests and clients.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass background checks.
• Willingness to work early mornings and outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with curbside check-in and luggage handling.
• Issue boarding passes and tag bags according to airline rules.
• Provide information on locations, directions, and flight details.
• Process check-in, weigh bags, and collect luggage fees where applicable.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
