Job summary

SP+ is hiring a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent to support guests at a busy Denver airport curbside location. The role focuses on luggage handling, boarding passes, and high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts start early, with 1st and 2nd shifts; outdoor work required in all weather. Prior guest-service experience and the ability to handle payments are valuable. Competitive hourly pay and tips expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in the early morning rotation.
• At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Data Entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions required.
• Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass the pre-employment criminal background screening.
• Must pass pre-employment Drug Testing process.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly.
• Assist guests with check-in of luggage.
• Verify flight itinerary and number of bags.
• Input guest information for new enrollees.
• Process check-in and charge for bags per airline rules.
• Weigh and tag luggage and collect overweight charges.
• Provide Boarding Pass, Luggage Claim tickets and receipts.
• Secure luggage immediately after processing.
• Maintain a positive, friendly and professional manner at all times.
