Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent to assist guests at an airport curbside. Roles include check-in, luggage handling, boarding pass issuance, and crowd service in an outdoor setting.

Shifts start very early in the morning and run through the day; weekend and holiday availability is required. Training and TSA-related compliance are provided by the company and air carriers.

Qualifications

• Early morning shift availability.
• 6 months of face-to-face guest service experience preferred.
• Data entry and/or basic computer skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of the airline or travel industry is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment background screening.
• Must pass pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and check them in at curbside desk.
• Assist with luggage check-in and boarding pass issuance.
• Input guest information for new enrollments in the process.
• Process luggage check-in and collect charges for bags per airline rules.
• Weigh and tag luggage and manage overweight charges.
• Provide boarding passes, luggage tickets, and receipts.
• Secure luggage after processing and maintain desk organization.
• Handle payments and respond to guest questions promptly.
• Maintain professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
