Qualifications

• Data Entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in of luggage.
• Input guest information for those not enrolled in the process.
• Process check-in of bags, weigh baggage, and charge for overweight items.
• Provide boarding passes, luggage claim tickets and receipts as applicable.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
• Answer telephones and guest questions.
