Job summary

SP+ is hiring a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent at a busy Dallas airport curbside location. You will check in guests, tag luggage, issue boarding passes, and provide directions while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include handling luggage, processing payments, and maintaining clear communication with passengers. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in the early morning rotation.
• A t least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Data Entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions required.
• Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass the pre-employment criminal background screening.
• Must pass pre-employment Drug Testing process.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and check luggage for appropriate airlines.
• Issue boarding passes and attach destination tags.
• Provide information on locations, directions, and flight details to passengers.
• Maintain a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Secure luggage after processing and manage payments when needed.
• Input guest information for new enrollments and verify itineraries.
• Stand by the desk and assist with check-in and overweight bag charges.
