Job summary

You must be able to work early mornings, weekends and holidays, endure outdoor weather, and complete airline compliance training in the required timeframe.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in the early morning rotation.
• At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position.
• Data Entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions.
• Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the desk and assist with luggage check-in.
• Assist guests with check-in, boarding passes, and bag tagging.
• Input guest information and process payments for bags as required.
• Provide flight information and directions with a positive attitude.
• Maintain TSA and safety procedures; keep desk organized and neat.
