Job summary

SP+ in Fort Worth, TX is hiring an Airport Curbside Concierge Check-in Agent to assist guests with luggage, boarding passes, and curbside service at a busy airport location.

The role requires early-morning availability, good customer service, and the ability to work outdoors. You will handle payments, weigh and tag luggage, and provide a high level of guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in early morning rotation.
• At least 6 months of face-to-face guest service experience.
• Data entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of airline or travel industry preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment background screening.
• Must pass pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at curbside desk.
• Check-in luggage and issue boarding passes.
• Verify flight itinerary and bag counts.
• Process luggage check-in, including overweight charges.
• Weigh and tag luggage with destinations.
• Provide boarding passes, luggage tickets, and receipts.
• Secure luggage after processing.
• Handle payments and answer guest questions.
• Maintain desk organization and reputable service.
