Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent at a busy Fort Worth airport curbside location. The role involves greeting guests, checking bags, issuing boarding passes, weighing luggage, tagging bags, and handling payments while delivering high-level customer service in a fast-paced setting.

You will ensure safety and security protocols, communicate flight information, and assist guests with directions. Flexible mornings and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment background screening.
• Must pass pre-employment Drug Testing process.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with curbside check-in at the desk.
• Assist guests with checking luggage and issuing boarding passes.
• Process luggage weighing and tagging per airline rules.
• Handle payments and credit card transactions for bags.
• Provide accurate flight information and directions to passengers.
• Maintain a clean, organized concierge desk and uphold service standards.
